Reasons for snoring:-

1) When the uvula lost control at the time of sleeping.

2) When the pressure of tummy muscles fall on lungs.

How to reduce snoring?

1) Have early dinner.

2) Try to have light food (like 'pulka with curry/salad' or with 'fruits'. Avoid having dinner with 'white rice').

3) Do 'Pranayama' daily.

4) Avoid using pillow.
