Reasongs for Head-Ache:

1) మల బద్ధకం (which increases nervous tension).

2) Indigestion.

3) Drinking less water.

4) For who edict for coffee/tea.

5) For who have "Sinus" problem.

6) మెడ లో నరాలు వొత్తుకోవడం వల్ల.

7) Due to tension

8) Due to emotions like angry, irritation.

9) When the eye-sight is not proper.

Suggestions to reduce Head-ache:

1) Take 1 - 1 1/2 litres of water as soon as you wake-up and walk for 4-5 minutes by concentration on your tummy nerves, which helpf to have a free motion. If it doesn't work you have to do Anema for 5-6 days with warm water.

2) Drink 4-5 litres of water daily. (start taking 2 hrs after breakfast / lunch / dinner.)

3) Stop taking coffee or tea.

4) Take head bath daily which increases the blood circulation.

5) Have fruits for your break fast instead of taking tiffin etc. If you are suffering indigestion problem stopping taking sprouts in the early morning for some days.
