EXERCISES FOR NECK:
1) Keep your head straight and move your head from left to right and right left without moving your body and shoulders.
2) Keep your head straight and move your head downwards left and right like you say "Okay".
3) Move your head in half circle angle from left to right and right to left.
4) Make full circle movements with your head towards right.
5) Make full circle movements with your head towards left.
